All persons, entities, associations, or bodies corporate who claim to be the owners, co-owners, occupants, Lessees, transferees, assignees, or who otherwise claim any right, title, interest, benefit or entitlement of whatsoever nature in respect of the said properties and/or the equity shares of the Company, are hereby called upon to submit their proof of ownership of property and shareholding, if any, to the undersigned, in writing together with complete documentary evidence in support thereof. Such proof of ownership of property and shareholding shall be accompanied by self-attested copies of all relevant documents including but not limited to: BMC Occupation Certificate, Title Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Registered Agreements, Share Certificates, Transfer Deeds, Court Orders, Instruments or any other related documents which prove legal ownership.
